One of our greatest visions is to bridge the private and the public sector. Due to our broad network in both sectors, we provide an in-depth knowledge of the different conditions, linguistics and functions. In that way we are able to introduce our clients to a broader and more qualified field of candidates and to provide our candidates with a broader field of opportunities.
We analyze and advise on leadership
We are particularly skilled at analyzing and advising on leadership. Culture, structure, governance and competencies are our core areas of expertise. We are grounded in models – but we also have an essential belief that every company and board is unique – and we always have an initial dialogue about your specific needs and desires.
We do what we do best. We are all specialists within a field in which we stay constantly updated. This is our foundation for offering professional and experience-based advisory services. We are certified in the tools that we use, we benefit from networks and sources who know the field and the relevant people. We may choose not to accept an assignment if we have insufficient insight or knowledge, in which case we would be happy to recommend others.
Honesty is crucial. We express our opinion to both clients and candidates. Clients will have our honest feedback on the current candidate market, candidates’ potential and merits and on how the client’s company is perceived. Candidates will receive an honest feedback on their cv, performance and possibilities. We will provide candidates with information on the organisation they are about to join, the challenges they will be facing and the criteria for success. Not everything is revealed though – confidentiality is always crucial – but we mean what we say.
We communicate our honesty in a decent way. We comply to our agreements, we report on new information when we receive it and we are ambitious on behalf of our clients. We have follow-up meetings with placed candidates and we offer sparring when challenges occur.
